Anthony Murphy, Founder & Managing Director
Anthony is an industry leading impact and finance lawyer, ESG strategist and social entrepreneur. Anthony has advised foundations, financial organisations, hedge funds and innovative technology businesses on impact, ESG and legal matters. Formerly, Anthony was the EMEA head of Prime Services and Equity Finance for J.P. Morgan and Bear Stearns where he led the legal build-out of the EMEA Prime Brokerage business platform.
Anthony has a wealth of experience in the alternatives and social finance space, having assisted social finance groups and organisations for over 18 years. He is also an expert in EU and UK corporate finance, financial regulatory, hedge fund regulation analysis and ESG regulation/ best practice.
Anthony qualified as a solicitor at the global US law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges, specialising in Securitisation. He holds a higher LLB in Law from Bristol University.

She has worked for financial institutions such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Goldman Sachs, and for large law firms such as Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, most recently, as Counsel in Bryan Cave’s banking and finance department and as its European Co-leader of the firm’s Fund FinancePractice.

Jonathan Lipton, Senior Consultant
Jon has 15 years of experience in financial services. Formally, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer at P-Solve Investments Ltd., and Group Head of Risk of River and Mercantile Group plc. He began his career at the Bank of New York.
He has a proven track record of problem-solving and business building in dynamic and complex multi-jurisdictional and multi-product environments.
He holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School and an LL.M in International Financial and Commercial Law from King’s College London. He has studied U.S. business law at Columbia University, and corporate governance at Harvard University.
ANTON SIMANOWITZ, IMPACT STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Anton is a well-respected expert and ESG/impact practitioner. His focus area pertains to supporting social purpose organisations to be more effective in delivering impact, and for those who support and invest in them to make better investments, capacity building and policy decisions.
He brings a depth of experience from his work in micro-finance, initially focusing on impact measurement, but then moving onto the processes by which impact is created, as one of the creators of the Universal Standards for Social Performance Management.
Anton holds a BA in Development Studies from Liverpool University and a MA in Development Economics from the University of East Anglia

Zack is the Group General Counsel for Impax Asset Management Group and a Non-Executive Director of Impax Funds (Ireland). Previously, Zack was Director & General Counsel for the investment management group Development Capital Management and acted as Corporate Counsel for Telewest Global Inc. Zack qualified as a solicitor at the global law firm Norton Rose.
Mark Campanale
Mark is the founder and executive director of the Carbon Tracker initiative. Mark is a Co-founder and Director of the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association (UKSIF) and has over 20 years’ experience in sustainable financial markets. He is also a Founding Director of The Social Stock Exchange and has co-founded numerous sustainable investment businesses at Jupiter Asset Management, NPI, AMP Capital, and Henderson Global Investors.
Robert Powell
Rob is Head of Corporate Responsibility & Inclusion (CR&I) at Weil, Gotshal & Manges (London) LLP. He manages the full breadth of activities within the London CR&I programme, from advising at local law clinics to fielding requests for pro bono advice from a range of leading charities. Rob is also on the board of Special Olympics GB and Heart of the City.

Steve is a corporate communications expert and formerly the Managing Partner of Sid Lee (Amsterdam), a global creative services firm. Over the past 15 years he has worked with fast food giants to weave more transparent and sustainable practices into their business models and storytelling.
